{"id":1165,"date":"2015-03-09T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-03-09T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.oliva-allegra.com\/regionalno-natjecanje-gastro-2015-u-dubrovniku-2\/"},"modified":"2015-03-09T09:00:00","modified_gmt":"2015-03-09T08:00:00","slug":"regionalno-natjecanje-gastro-2015-u-dubrovniku","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oliva-allegra.com\/en\/novosti\/regionalno-natjecanje-gastro-2015-u-dubrovniku\/","title":{"rendered":"2nd place won at the Regional GASTRO 2015 competition in Dubrovnik"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Regional GASTRO 2015 competition<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\"><span style=\"line-height: 25.9974422454834px;background-color: #ffffff\">The Regional GASTRO 2015 competition was held on 5 and 6 March 2015 at the \u201eValamar Lacroma\u201c hotel, organised by the Tourism and Hospitality School of Dubrovnik.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\"><span style=\"line-height: 25.9974422454834px;background-color: #ffffff\"> Around 120 students from Dalmatian secondary schools t<span style=\"line-height: 18px\">ook part in the competition, competing in the disciplines of preparing hot and cold dishes, service, preparing bar mixes, reception, travel agency and destination presentation.<\/span> <\/span>Our school was represented by the hard-working students of class 3.a, Josip Vrsalovi\u0107 &#8211; Menu preparation and Dragutin Mandi\u0107 &#8211; Cold savoury exhibit, and from class 4.b, Mateo Bradi\u010di\u0107 &#8211; Menu service. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">We can proudly say that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Josip Vrsalovi\u0107 won 2nd place in the Menu Preparation discipline<\/span> and earned a trip to the national competition with his mentor Goran Batarelo.
