<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Every year, our students visit specialized gastronomy and tourism fairs. This year too, we visited the most significant gastro event in Croatia – the GAST Fair, 1 March – 4 March.<\/p>\n
Students of 1.b, 2.b and 2.a, together with teachers Andro Ban, Adriana Jeric, Renata Pavic and Dolores Kuic, set off toward the Spaladium Arena where this fair event was held. This year, the most famous names in the fields of gastronomy, winemaking and tourism exhibited, as well as companies from the hospitality and interior furnishing sphere. As part of this unique fair, students had the opportunity to visit a number of specialized fairs such as: the food fair, the hotel and catering equipment fair, the beverage fair, the furniture fair, the wine fair, the coffee fair and the tourism fair. On this occasion, they refreshed the knowledge gained in classroom lessons, but also acquired new knowledge through interesting and instructive conversations with exhibitors, after which they would often taste individual products :-).<\/p>\n
