The festival, which celebrates gastronomy, Mediterranean food, cultural heritage and way of life, gathered, in the <em>flower of the Mediterranean <\/em>and alongside numerous lecturers, panellists and food enthusiasts from all over the world, top chefs crowned with Michelin stars and Gault&amp;Millau toques.<\/p>\n<p>For two days we enjoyed the bravura of our guests, top female and male chefs who held masterclasses for professional chefs and for the students of our school.<\/p>\n<p>On behalf of the entire school and its delighted students, a big Thank You to: French chef <strong>Flora Mikula<\/strong> from the Auberge Flora restaurant, Paris; Spanish chef <strong>Maria Jos\u00e9 San Roman<\/strong> from the Monastrell restaurant, Alicante; Mexican chef <strong>Beatriz Gonzales<\/strong> from the Neva Cuisine and Coretta restaurants, Paris; pastry chef <strong>Keiko<\/strong> <strong>Nagae<\/strong> from Japan; chef from Benin <strong>Georgiane Viou,<\/strong> who is opening a new restaurant in Marseille; chef <strong>Vesna Mileti\u0107<\/strong> from the Ta\u010d restaurant, Zagreb; the youngest Croatian chef <strong>Monika Nin\u010devi\u0107<\/strong>, from the N.20 restaurant at the ACI marina Pi\u0161kera; chef <strong>Ippei Uemura<\/strong> from the Tabi restaurant, Marseille; chef <strong>Fabricio<\/strong> <strong>Ve\u017enaver <\/strong> from the Pergola restaurant, Zambratija (Istria); and chef <strong>Hrvoje Zirojevi\u0107<\/strong>  from the Laganini restaurant, Palmi\u017eana.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From 7 to
