The students of 1.a and 1.b, accompanied by professors Dolores Kuić, Renata Pavić and Adriana Jerić, visited the Adriatic Gastro Show gastronomy fair at the Spaladium Arena.
This year’s fair event brought together the most famous names from the fields of gastronomy, winemaking, hospitality, tourism and interior furnishing.
As part of this unique fair, our students had the opportunity to visit a series of specialised fairs such as: the food fair, the hotel and catering equipment fair, the beverage fair, the FURNITURA furniture fair, the DIONIZIJANA wine fair, the coffee fair and the tourism fair. On this occasion they refreshed the knowledge gained in classroom lessons, but also acquired new knowledge through interesting and educational conversations with the exhibitors, which were often followed by a tasting of individual products.
