Chef and pastry chef
The retraining programme for the profession of chef or pastry chef lasts 6 months. During the programme, participants master the fundamentals through more than 1,000 hours of practical training and refine the advanced techniques, knowledge and skills of the profession.

Tourism & Hotel Commercial Agent
The retraining programme for the profession of Tourism & Hotel Commercial Agent lasts 1 year and 6 months. Participants acquire the knowledge, skills and habits that, with minimal onboarding time, enable them to independently carry out the duties and tasks of the profession.

Process and recognition
Throughout the coursework, participants sit qualifying exams in accordance with the curriculum. Upon completion, they earn a secondary-school diploma for their chosen profession. The programme is approved by the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth and is recorded in the employment record book.
