Last week the students of 1.a and 2.a set off with professors Andro Ban and Adriana Jerić to the “Nadalina” production plant in Solin.
At the plant they were greeted by the owner, Marinko Biškić, who took them on a tour of the production.

Mr Biškić acquainted the students with Nadalina’s product range – its chocolate line and packaged herbs.
Nadalina is also known for the project of making the largest chocolate bar in the world in Split on the Peristyle, which this year entered the Guinness Book of Records.
Mr Biškić delighted the students with a chocolate gramophone record. To everyone’s satisfaction, a tasting of the finished products followed.
After visiting Nadalina, the students set off for the “Vukšić” oil mill, where the entire production plant for processing olives and producing olive oil was shown to them in great detail, after which came questions and, of course, an oil tasting.
