This year too, we have more than successfully completed another tour of private renters across the entire Split-Dalmatia County, according to the schedule planned in advance. We fully carried out everything we had planned. As the turnout and the interest of the renters themselves grow greater and greater year after year, this cycle of training courses was attended by around 500 renters (10 courses), even though the planned number of participants per course was 35-40.
Among the participants, we recorded a large number of new renters attending the courses, so we can say that the number of new participants is around 90% of the total number of participants, while 10% are those who come to us year after year to refine and improve their knowledge and to see what’s new in this segment of the business.
Due to the great interest at some locations, we had to invest additional organisational and logistical effort in order to accommodate everyone interested, but since even then there was sometimes not enough capacity, we had to ask some to come next year…
We are glad to say that over these few years we have trained almost 2,000 renters in our county, and we hope that we have thereby contributed to the ever-improving tourism results the county has been recording in the past period.
Those who managed to reserve their place in time in this year’s cycle filled out a survey at the end of the course, which greatly helps us understand how the renters themselves see the courses and how useful they find them. This year, through around 300 completed surveys, we came to the conclusion that the courses are still recognised as very useful and necessary to the renters themselves, and that they are very satisfied with the way these very interesting topics are covered.
So year after year we have 100% positive answers to the question: “Would you like to attend such courses in the future as well?”.
In addition, the ratings of the topics and lecturers themselves are very high (above 4.5 out of a possible 5), and the answer to the question of which topics you like the most/least is evenly distributed, which means that with our topics we managed to hit the interest of the vast majority of renters, which is one of our great challenges.
