From 20 to 22 March 2018, Mali Lošinj became the centre of Croatian hospitality and tourism schools and a meeting place for young and talented students who measured their knowledge and skills.
We wholeheartedly congratulate all the competitors, students and mentors who took part in the competition and in its organisation.
With great pride we announce that first place in the Menu Preparation discipline was won by Roko Bratim, a student of class 3.a at our school, with the wholehearted support of his mentor Zdravko Hrgović.
Almost every year our school has champions in at least one discipline at the competitions, and we are very proud of our students.
In closing, we can only express our wish that, in the upcoming enrolment for secondary school education programmes, the female and male students in the final grades of primary school will recognise hospitality and tourism professions as desirable and promising.
