From 4 to 8 October 2023, a unique Mediterranean festival is held in Split, a city with the 1,700-year-old palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian, which is under UNESCO protection. The exclusive program will give you the chance to taste Mediterranean flavors and way of life. Food and wine tastings, workshops, panels and four-hands dinners in the best Split restaurants, prepared together by top Croatian and international chefs.
This year too our school will host the chefs’ Masterclass, with the participation of our students.
