A feeling or emotion is the name for a person’s reaction to an event; they connect what is important to us with the world of people, things and events. Emotions complement the shortcomings of thinking and provide the infrastructure for social life.
Etiquette (from the French Bon Ton, meaning good manners) is a book or code of conduct that every member of society should adhere to. Etiquette teaches us how to behave, express ourselves, look, communicate, gesticulate and so on in almost every situation.
