One of Split’s better-known chefs, Mr. Zlatko Marinović (far left in the photo), holder of numerous gastronomic accolades (e.g. “Golden Chef 2006”), and also owner of the well-known Split restaurant “Noštromo”, visited our school last Thursday. During his visit, he shared part of his rich culinary experience and skill with the young hopefuls of our culinary programme, and held a workshop for our school’s graduating students on the theme of “Tuna Delicacies”!
