As we announced earlier, in the week from 13 to 17 October 2014, our school was visited by French chef and professor of Boulangerie & Patisserie, Mr. Olivier Biteau.
During the past week, he showed students of the first, second, third and fourth years the techniques of making French bread, dough for decorative bread, and the dough and preparation of French croissants, brioche and morning pastries.
