Take part in the DiscoverEU quiz and win a trip around Europe, travel on your own or with friends, and get to know European heritage, people and culture!
What is DiscoverEU?
Are you 18 years old? Are you drawn to adventures? Then get ready to discover Europe! Join the European Union’s DiscoverEU initiative, which will enable around 15,000 young people to receive free travel passes to travel by train around Europe this summer.
Take the opportunity to experience freedom of movement, get to know the diversity of Europe better, enjoy its cultural wealth and make new friends!
You can apply if you:
– are 18 years old on 1 July 2018 (your date of birth is between 2 July 1999 and 1 July 2000, inclusive),
– are a citizen of one of the 28 European Union member states,
– enter your ID card or passport number in the electronic application form,
set off on your trip from one of the 28 EU member states,
– plan to start your trip between 9 July and 30 September 2018,
– plan to travel for 1 to 30 days,
– plan to travel to at least one and at most four foreign countries within the EU, and want to become an ambassador of the DiscoverEU initiative.
You can apply individually or as part of a group of up to five people.
