Every year, renowned foreign chefs and pastry chefs visit our school. This year, our school was visited by the French chef Romain Lianne from College – Lycee prives “Les portes de Chartreuse”
Over the past week, he showed students of the first, second, third and fourth grades in the chef and tourism-hospitality commercialist programs the techniques and secrets of French cuisine. The students were thrilled with everything they learned, and you can see what they prepared so nicely below.
They prepared duck breast with apples and celery mousse and a red wine reduction, and chicken with curry sauce, sauteed carrots and rice. Chef Romain enjoyed his time at our school and said he would gladly return to repeat this wonderful experience.
