We are extremely pleased to announce that the famous French Masterchef, Olivier Biteau, will be a guest at our school at the start of the next school year as well, giving lectures to students of the first, second, third and fourth years, in all programmes.
Masterchef Biteau, who has been in gastronomy for more than 30 years, began his career and specialisation in pastry making and baking. In his rich career, he spent more than a decade in England, in Oxford, in the role of Head Chef, at the famous “Maison Blanc”, a leading producer of top French confectionery, whose top clients in England include Buckingham Palace, Wimbledon, Harrods and others.
For all these reasons, we are extremely honoured that, in the week from 13 to 17 October 2014, Masterchef Biteau will teach our school’s students his techniques and skills, and perhaps even reveal a secret or two from the English royal court!
