Dear students, parents and visitors,
in accordance with the Protocol on Controlling Entry and Exit in School Institutions issued by the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth, the following rules will apply from Tuesday, 7 January 2025:
- we inform all staff, students, parents and visitors that they must use the main door to enter and exit the school
- the school’s entrance door will be locked during working hours (exceptionally, the door will be unlocked up to 30 minutes before the start and 15 minutes after the end of classes to allow students to enter/exit the school without obstruction)
- during short breaks, students are not allowed to leave the school building,
- all visitors who are not staff or students of the school must be registered at the school entrance by presenting an appropriate photo ID document,
- parents may enter the school premises at an agreed time with prior notice (to the class teacher, the principal or the secretary, depending on the reason for the visit). If they come for informational meetings with class teachers or subject teachers, they are required to respect the schedule of informational meetings that the school has published on the school website,
- all other visitors are required to announce their arrival,
- the person responsible for monitoring entry into the school premises may, for the purpose of ensuring safety, carry out a security check of students and other visitors.
You will be informed in good time of any additional guidelines the school adopts.
