About the school

Who we are and how we work.

Wallner Private Secondary School operates as part of Oliva Allegra, a Mediterranean centre of culinary arts in Split. The school opened its doors in the 2008/09 school year with four students.

Today, across seven class divisions, it educates more than 150 students over 1,500 m² of space, of which more than 300 m² is taken up by a fully equipped professional kitchen.

Practical and theoretical lessons are delivered by hospitality professionals. Students regularly take part in study trips, competitions and guest workshops, gaining hands-on work experience.
